Our Delivery Service aims to ensure you receive your delivery within 5 working days of order placement dependent on the service you request.

Coco’s Puppy Boutique will despatch your order within 24 working hours.  You can opt for our Standard Delivery option (3-5 days), or a Next Day option (1-2 days).  For a Standard Delivery option, day 1 is before 2pm on date of order placement and before 11am for a Next Day service.

Some of our delivery options will require a signature.

For some areas of the UK we are unable to provide a Next Day service - should this not be available for your order we will contact you prior to despatch to make alternative arrangements.

If you were expecting to have already received your order but it hasn’t yet arrived, don’t panic.

We aim for all orders to arrive with you within 5 working days, however any order can take up to 10 working days to arrive. We use a number of different delivery partners to get orders safely to all our customers, all of whom have a great track record for delivery success, but please feel free to contact us if your goods have not been received after 5 days of placing your order. At this point we will investigate this further for you, and if we cannot successfully locate your order we will gladly refund it in full or send out replacements.

Should a delivery be attempted and returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts and you do not collect from the depot, we are happy to re-despatch this to you, at your cost.
